“It’s a relief that I was cleared to race at the MotoAmerica Championship of New Jersey,” Anthony said. “We came into the weekend unsure if I would be cleared to race. Since the Pittsburgh round, I’ve been riding and training a lot with my teammate Josh Herrin and have been following the recovery protocol that the MotoAmerica medical staff recommended for me. I’m ready to get the weekend started and am aiming to get back on the podium or better in both races. I want to thank my sponsors, especially the ones who came out to the Pittsburgh event. They have stuck by me through a difficult situation, and my goal is to reward them with strong results this weekend.”

As Anthony returns to the Junior Cup grid, he will be aiming to finish the 2018 MotoAmerica season on a high note. He has scored two podium finishes in 2018 and is aiming to score two more at New Jersey Motorsports Park this weekend.

Anthony is currently in seventh place in the MotoAmerica Junior Cup championship standings and has a legitimate opportunity to work his way into the top five before the end of the season.
